Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, contact us, or place an order, such as your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, and order history. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the store, including device, browser, cookie, and security-event data.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide accounts, process and deliver orders, handle payments and returns, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, maintain store security, meet legal and accounting duties, and improve the shopping experience. We do not sell personal information.
Who receives information
We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that support payments, delivery, hosting, analytics, communications, and fraud prevention. Those providers are required to protect the information they process for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. DigitalFUEL does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. The provider may process payment and anti-fraud information under its own privacy and security obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, object to certain processing, request deletion where appropriate, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
