1. About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed through the DigitalFUEL online store. The store currently accepts orders for delivery within South Africa. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
2. Products, prices, and availability
Product information, stock, and prices can change without notice. The price and applicable charges shown at checkout are the amounts payable for your order. If a product or price is materially incorrect, we will contact you before fulfilment and give you the option to accept the correction or cancel for a refund.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation after payment has been authorised. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider; DigitalFUEL does not store your complete card details. We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier capacity, address accuracy, and events outside our reasonable control. Please inspect your order on arrival and report missing, incorrect, or transit-damaged items promptly so we can help.
5. Returns and faulty goods
Returns and remedies are handled in line with applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide a return reference and instructions. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
